1.fill the statement of changes and the average contract by all the old and new partners in front of the registrar or notary or lawyer and approval.

2. The received of the contract after filling of the relating and the statement of the variables and audited.
3. Determine the fees paid.
4. Issuance of the certificate of registration and certificate of the authorized signatory
5. An amendment to the lease
6. Making the declaration in the daily newspaper about the changes that have occurred in the company
