Procedures

• Submit the initial regulation draft attached with a coverage letter to the ministry bureau, document it and refer it to the directorate of legal affairs.
• Refer the regulation to the legal researchers.
• Auditing the regulation with the attendance of the applicant or give a timeout.
• In case of any notes the regulation will be referred to the applicant for adjustments.
• In case of no notes the regulation will be approved for the applicant, and prepare an official addressing regarding the regulation for documentation purposes and circular it upon the workers after providing the required documents.
• Handing the approved regulation by an official letter to the applicant.

Required Documents

• The regulation draft.
• The meeting record of the fund general authority.
• The administrative board members election results.
• The record of the 1^st session of the new administrative board.
• A copy of the registration certificate of the institution stating the authorized signatory of the institution for legal matters.
• The document of the authorized signatory for the fund.
