The Cultural Authority should be registered within the competence of the Ministry of Culture under the effective Law of Associations

Procedures

1.The applicant shall submit an official letter containing the required documents (if the application was filed in governorates, it shall be transferred to the Ministry).
2.The letter shall be given incoming number in the register, then transferred to the Directorate of Cultural Bodies.
3.The Director shall study the application and transfer it to the follow-up Department to prepare a letter about the resolution’s approval.
4.The director shall sign the letter and send it to the Ministry's register to have outgoing number.
5.The applicant shall be addressed about the approval resolution, and a copy of the addressing letter shall be sent to the Director of Culture in the directorate.

2.Resolutions minutes of the administrative body’s meeting, including distributing positions among the members.
3.Administrative and financial report of the cultural body.
