1.In accordance with Article (5) of wages and allowance of the Royal Cultural Center Facilities and its equipment for the year 2012.

2.In accordance with Article (5) of wages and allowance for using King Abdullah II Cultural Center Facilities and Equipment / Zarqa for the year 2013.

3.In accordance with Article (5) of wages and allowance for using Prince Al Hussein Bin Abdullah II Cultural Center Facilities and Equipment / Ma’an for 2013.

Conditions for obtaining service

1.Booking the Royal Cultural Center facilities: Applicability of conditions stipulated in wages and allowance instructions for the Royal Center facilities and its equipment for the year 2012.
2.Booking King Abdullah II Cultural Center facilities / Zarqa: Applicability of the conditions stipulated in the wage and allowance for using facilities and equipment of King Abdullah II cultural Center / Zarqa for the year 2013.
3.Booking Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah II cultural center facilities / Ma’an: applicability of conditions stipulated in the instructions of wages and allowances for using facilities and equipment of Prince Hussein Bin Abdullah II Cultural Center/Ma’an 2013.

Procedures

1.The applicant desiring to book the facilities shall submit an official letter in the ministry center.
2.The letter shall be given incoming number in the register, then transferred to the Directorate Public Relations.
3.The Director shall transfer the letter to the head of Public Relations to coordinate with the Directorate of Public Relation in the Royal Center and enquiring about the requested halls.
4.After coordination with the concerned persons in Royal Center, the Public Relations Directorate shall send a letter to the concerned Director of the Royal Center, including the required reservation in accordance with effective regulations and instructions.
5.The Concerned Director of the Royal Center shall send a letter to the ministry including booking approval.
6.The Directorate of Public Relations shall coordinate with the applicant and inform him that booking was done, and he has to refer the concerned cultural center and sign an agreement for this.
