Procedures

1.The applicant shall submit an official letter to the Ministry, or a dedication request to the register.
2.The official letter shall be given incoming number in the register, and transferred to the Directorate of Studies and Publication.
3.In the event of individual dedication, less than (25) books, the director shall be notified and direct the head of Dedication and Distribution Department to give the applicant the required number of books.
4.If the number of books exceeds (25), the Director assigns approval to the requested quantity.
5.After the Minister’s approval, the director directs the Dedication and Distribution Department to submit the books to the applicant.
6.The application will be transferred to the head of books warehouse department.
7.The head of the department prepares a discharge voucher signed by the applicant including the applicant’s name, the name of the book, the book title and the quantity.
8.The books and a copy of the voucher will be submitted to the applicant.

1.An official letter from the institution or organization wishing to have the books.
2.The applicant’s ID card.
