Conditions for obtaining service

The Cultural body should be registered within the competence of the Ministry of Culture under the effective Law of Associations

Procedures

1.The applicant shall submit a formal letter attached with the required documents (in case of filing the application in the governorates, it shall be transferred to the Ministry).
2.The registers employee shall give the letter ingoing number and transfer it to the Directorate of Cultural Bodies.
3.The Director shall study the application and assigns approval to the general secretary and the minister in the event of approving funding.
4.After submission, the application shall be transferred to Cultural Bodies Directorate / Follow -up and Registration Department to prepare a letter to address the minister of Planning and International Corporation for opinion.
5.After receiving the response from the minister of Planning and International Corporation, the Cabinet shall be addressed, and the submission of the ministry of Planning and International Corporation shall be attached with the letter. A copy of the letter shall be sent to the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Planning and International Corporation, Ministry of Social Development, and the public register of associations
6.After receiving the Cabinet’s response, the applicant shall be addressed about the Cabinet’s approval, and a copy of the letter shall be sent to the director of culture in the governorate.
