Conditions for obtaining service

The Cultural Body should be registered within the competence of the Ministry of Culture under the effective Law of Associations.

Procedures

1.The applicant shall submit an official letter including the required documents (if the application is submitted in the directorates, it shall be transferred to the Ministry).
2.official letter will be given incoming number in the register, then transferred to the Directorate of Cultural Bodies.
3.The Director studies the application, then assigns to the Head of the Follow -Up Department to send the letter to the concerned Party: Ministry of Interior in case of vehicle registration.The Drivers and Vehicles Licensing Department and Land Transport Regulatory Commission in case of vehicle licensing or cancellation.
4.The certificate shall be signed by the Director, and sent to the Ministry’s register to be given an outgoing number.
5.The applicant shall receive a copy of the letter addressed to the concerned party to follow it up.
6.After receiving a reply from the concerned competent party, the applicant shall be informed about the assignment, an a copy of the letter will be sent to the Director of Culture in the directorate.

1.An official letter duly signed by the applicant including detailed information about the vehicle
2.Copy of the vehicle’s license.
3.Copy of the ID of the authorized to sign for the Cultural body.
