Conditions for obtaining service

1.The Association should be registered within the specialization of the Ministry of Culture under the effective Associations Law
2.The association classification in the annual calendar of associations in the year prior to participation should not be less than very good.

Procedures

1.The applicant shall refer to the Directorate of Heritage and fill out the competition participation form and attach the required documents. (if the form is filled in the governorates, it will be transferred to the Ministry).
2.The Directorate of Heritage shall review and sort out the applications and prepare a list of the participating teams. The list shall be listed on the Executive Committee of the competition agenda.
3.The Executive Committee shall review the list and the artwork performances that it intends to participate in, and select the teams meet to the conditions.
4.The Coordinator of the Competition shall present the results to the judgement Committees.
5.The judgement committee shall review the artwork offers of the qualified teams and ask them to perform the live performances to select the winning teams.
6.The participating teams are introduced perform the live to select the winning teams.

3.CD-ROMs containing the intended artwork.
