Conditions for obtaining service

The Cultural body should be registered within the competence of the Ministry of Culture under the effective Law of Associations .

Procedures

1.The applicant shall submit a formal letter containing the required documents (in case of filing the application in the governorates, it shall be transferred to the Ministry).
2.The register employee shall give the letter incoming number and transfer it to the Directorate of Cultural Bodies.
3.The Director shall study the application and transfer it to the Follow-up Department to prepare a letter to address the Ministry of Interior regarding the content of the application.
4.The letter is signed by the director, and will be sent to the Ministry's register to have an outgoing number.
5.The applicant shall receive a copy of the letter addressed to the Ministry of Interior.
6.After receiving the reply from the Ministry of Interior, the applicant shall be addressed about the ministry’s submission, and a copy of the letter shall be sent to the Director of Culture in the governorate.

Required Documents

1.An official letter from the applicant including persons’ names, the purpose of residence renewal or grant.
2.Copy of the passports of the members whose residence is to be renewed or granted.
3.In case of renewal, a Copy of the old residence.
4.The Cultural Authority guarantees to bear legal and financial responsibility during their stay in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
