1.The applicant shall submit an official letter including the required documents, (in case of filing the application in the governorates, it shall be transferred to the Ministry).
2.The letter shall take incoming number in the register, and then transferred to the Directorate of Cultural Bodies.
3.The Director shall study the application and transfer it to the Follow-up Department to prepare a letter to address the Ministry of Interior to facilitate the mission.
4.The letter shall be signed by the Director and sent to the register to be given outgoing number.
5.The applicant shall receive a copy of the letter addressed to the Ministry of Interior for following- up.
6.After receiving response from the Minister of Interior, the applicant shall be informed about the minister’s submission, then a copy of the letter shall be sent to the director of Cultural Directorates in the governorate.

2.A list of the names of the members of the bands, artists or members of delegations and copies of their passports.
3.The applicant undertakes to assume legal and financial responsibility during their stay in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
