Procedures

1.The applicant shall submit an official letter including a request for sponsorship at the Ministry's center.
2.The letter shall take incoming number in the register, and then transferred to the Minister and the Secretary General offices.
3.The Office Director shall coordinate with the Minister or the Secretary-General the required sponsorship, and shall assign approval if the schedule of the Minister or the Secretary General allows
4.The letter shall be transferred to the Directorate of Public Relations, and the Director shall transfer it to the head of Public Relations Department to prepare a letter to address the applicant.
5.After signing the letter, it shall be given outgoing number in the register.
6.The head of Public Relations Department shall follow up with the concerned party, inform them of the approval and ask for more details about the concert program and  related information.
