Procedures

1. The official letter shall be transferred to the Information Technology Directorate/ Central Information Unit and Crude Oil and Oil Products Directorate.
2. The applicant shall pay the service fees in the Directorate of Finance Affairs / Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and deliver the receipt to the Central Information Unit.
3. The required information shall be prepared that include providing technical reports, maps, seismic cross sections, seismic survey tapes, core samples, flysch samples and crude oil samples.
4. Delivering the information to the concerned party.  

Required Documents

• A list of the information to be obtained.
• Official letter addressed to the Ministry.
• Personal attendance of the concerned party or the representative. 

Persons benefiting from the service

• Investors in the oil, crude oil and mining sectors locally and internationally.
• Government institutions and departments.
• University students.
