Conditions for obtaining service

Personal attendance of the concerned individual, or his delegate ( commissioner , agent or the licensed surveyor)
The land to be --- is for the same owners

Notes

Consolidation: The inclusion of several pieces of the same owner or owners in order to complement the desired benefit, and the names and quotas in each piece are identical

Procedures

1. The concerned person or the authorized survey shall submit the --- transaction to the reception division to register the transaction and give it a number and place it in the real estate file.
2. Refer to the technical department for technical audit, calculating the areas and registration values , legal fees as well as the reversing the temporary numbers.
3. Refer to the (listener) to issue the computerized collection warrant
4. Refer to the cashier to pay legal fees. The concerned person shall go to the receptionist 
5. Return to the listener to hear the acknowledgment and certifying it (Delegation is permissible in another directorate only for the purpose of listening to the acknowledgment, but must return to the competent directorate afterwards).
6. The transaction is transferred to the registration department for the following:
· auditing and registering the transaction
· Issuing papers to document them on the real estate and electronic records.
7. Issuance of registration bonds.

Required Documents

A regulated transaction by a licensed surveyor that includes the following: 
1. A recent registration deed, recent land plan and an organizational site plan for each plot.
2. A clearance from (financial department + regulatory bodies (for owned lands) 
3. Inspection Report issued by the licensed surveyor. 
4. A valid copy of the licensed surveyor's license.
5. Statement of change of shares
6. Letter of approval from the regulatory bodies
7. A legal power of attorney for any party that is absent, it must contain an explicit statement of the transaction type.
