- The applicant must be a Jordanian citizen.

Procedures
- The applicant shall visit Dental Clinics and Centers Licensing Department, fill out the designated application and submit the enclosed documents.
- Upon reviewing the documents, the application is approved.
- The applicant pays the due fees in the Financial Department.
- The data of the applicant will be entered to the Professional License Issuing Program.
- Once the professional license is issued, the Minister of Health or his/her representative signs the license.
- The applicant receives the professional license.
Required Documents
- The Jordanian Board Examination approved by Jordan Medical Council.
- A copy of the registration certificate in the Jordanian Dental Association.
- A noncriminal record certificate.
- A copy of the Civil Status ID card.
- Two (2) personal photographs.
Persons benefiting from the service
Those who passed the Jordanian Board Examination or the Arab Board of Health Specializations.
