Procedures

1.Tenders of goods announced on daily newspapers.
2.Two weeks time limit given to submit tenders form.
3.The Supplier submits the required documents at tenders unit.
4.The supplier receives the tender forms from tenders unit.
5.The supplier goes to financial department to get receivables report.
6.The supplier pays the receivables and required tender form fees at cashier.
7.The supplier submits the voucher and required documents at tenders unit.
8.The suppliers deliver the samples of goods to sample stockiest.
9.The supplier receives the sample voucher from the sample stockiest.
10.The supplier submits the filled tender forms and the required documents  and the participation bail ( 2000 JD banks bail in case not specified quantity ,otherwise not less than 3% of goods cost, the bail should be available for 3 months ) .
11.The supplier records the tender form in the specific tender’s registry.
12.Referring results announced on the board at tenders unit.

  •  Approved copy of a valid profession license once a year
  • Tenders participation Bail
  • Registration Certificate at Ministry of Industry and Trade
