Conditions for obtaining service

  •  The sponsor shall be an owner or partner of a Jordanian company with a capital of JD 50,000.
  •  The petitioner shallbe under16 years of age.
  •  The applicant should not have a passport but is added to the sponsor's passport
  •  The petitioner shall be of a nationality subject to the provisions of the Residency and Expatriates Affairs Law No. (24), of 1973 and its amendments.

Procedures

  •  The service applicant shall fill-out the form designated for adding dependents to residency permit.
  •  The department officer will check and verify the documents and calculate the fees.
  •  The service applicant shall approach the representative of the Ministry of Finance in the Ministry to pay the fees.
  •  The final approval letteris then prepared to add the dependents to the residency permit of the head of household.
  •  The dependentsinsertion letter is handed-over to applicant to complete the procedures in the residency and borders department or detachment subsidiary thereof in the relevantpolice stations.
     

Required Documents

  •  Copy of the Commercial Registration issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade or the Free Zones Corporation.
  •  Copy of the valid vocational license.
  •  A certified copy of the lease contract.
  •  A copy of the applicant's residency permit (double-sided).
  •  Copy of the passport and pages of persons to be added.
     

Persons benefiting from the service

  •  Owners of or partners in Jordanian companies with a capital of JD 50,000.
