Procedures

•  The applicant should fill-out an application.
•  The receptionist shall check and verify the documents.
•  The applicant is then handed over a reference letter to follow-up with the Residency & Boarders department to cancel the visa.

•  A copy of the applicant’s passport.
•  A copy of the previous approval.
