Procedures

- The power of attorneys shall be organized (public and / or private) by the notary public of the power of attorney requesting entity, or the party to which the power of attorney shall be submitted.

- Signature of the chief justice of the Court to which the Notary Public belongs.

- Certification of the power of attorney by the Bureau at the Ministry of Justice.

- Fill the application form before the Notary Public and have it signed by the notary public.

- Visit the Ministry of Justice head office, and attest the power of attorney by the Bureau.

- Visit the attestation office at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to complete the attestation process.

Required Documents

A duly organized power of attorney, and signed by the chief justice of the competent court.
