Procedures

1. Submit the application to the public service office using the accredited form. 
2. Register it in the bureau and transfer it to competent Directorate
3. Review and audit the transaction by the competent Directorate 
4. Site survey and a report  submit by the competent engineer 
5. Obtain the approval of the concerned director 
6. Inform the applicant of the undertaken procedures
7. In case of approval, conduct the required work 
8. Transfer the transaction and save it in its particular file
