JEDCO's shareholders are the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Jordan Federation of Chambers of Commerce and the Amman Chamber of Industry. Its Supervisory Board is chaired by the Minister of Industry and Trade. The board is made up of 15 members, from the public sector and from the private sector.
