·            Announcing the availability of land for investment on the eastern shore of the Dead Sea in the local newspapers.

·            The investor comes forward to purchase the investment application and includes (a site plan, organizational regulations, and structural plan for the area.

·            The investor submits the application to the Authority in a formal letter and includes the company’s data according to the investment application.

·            Investment applications are reviewed by a consulting firm and recommendation of the winning investor is made.

Leasing and after completing 20% of the project’s value, the investor is entitled to purchase the land provided that the paid value of the lease is deducted from the cost of the land.

The lease value ranges from 1000-2500 Dinar/dunum/year, and there is a specific method for calculating the sale price per dunum.
