Procedures

1. The Applicant shall refer to the Directorate of Arts and Theater and fill out a booking application form.
2. The head of the theater department receives the request and transfers it to the Director.
3. Signing an agreement with the applicant in the governorate to keep the theater clean and hand it on time.
4. The Director approves the request and transfers it to the concerned booking officer.
5. The booking officer shall verify the booking date ,and providing the applicant with the necessary services.
