Procedures

1.    The complaint or suggestion is submitted through the complaint box in all markets or to the market manager personally or through the direct number (4885843) or by Email (info@jcscc.gov.jo).
2.    The follow up markets section employee at Quality and Marketing department records the complaint in the complaints electronic registry.   
3.    The Quality and Marketing department makes correction/prevention procedures and sends it to the meant department with estimated time to solve it.
4.    Informing the person who submitted the complaint, and make a meeting if needed.
5.    The meant department informs officially the Quality and Marketing department with correction/prevention procedures are done. 
6.    Following up the results, recommendations, and solutions provided
