1.The work should be distinct, authentic, written in correct language and accompanied by pictures.
2.The work should not have been previously published.
3.Articles should be specialized in cultural heritage in Jordan or the Arab world.

Procedures

1.The applicant refers to the secretary of the magazine in the Ministry of Culture, and provides him/her with electronic copies of the publication material.
2.The Secretary shall include the material on the agenda of the Journal Editorial Board, to evaluate it and determine its suitability for publication in the Journal.
3.The Committee shall meet and make the appropriate decision about publishing the material.
4.The magazine secretary shall inform the applicant about the approval or disapproval of the publication.
5.The applicant’s material shall be duly published.
6.In case of approval, the magazine secretary prepares the financial claims and sends them to the Financial Department per instructions of publication in magazines.
7.The Financial Department shall issue individual checks to the applicants after paying the stamp fees.
8.The Secretary of the Committee shall contact the applicant to give him/her the check.

3.Copy of passport for non-Jordanians.
