Conditions for obtaining service

The Cultural Body should be registered within the competence of the Ministry of Culture under the effective Law of Associations.

Procedures

1.The applicant shall submit an official letter (if the application is submitted in the governorates, it shall be transferred to the Ministry).
2.In the register, the official letter will be given incoming number and transferred to the Directorate of Cultural Bodies.
3.The Director studies the request, then assigns to the Head of the Follow -Up Department to send the letter to the Ministry of Finance/Income and Sales Tax Directorate.
4.The certificate will be signed by the director, and sent to the Ministry’s register to be given an outgoing number.
5.The applicant shall receive a copy of the letter to follow it up.
6.After receiving a reply from the Ministry of Finance, the applicant shall be informed about the Ministry of Finance’s response, a copy of the letter shall be sent to the Director of Culture in the governorate.

Required Documents

1.Duly signed official letter by the applicant including all details about the construction materials, or the body’s purchases.
2.Official bills for materials to be purchased.
