Procedures

-Submit the application to the public service office using the approved form or an official letter from the requesting body.  
-Studying the applications by the concerned/the specialized  directorate -
 Detecting location-
- Preparing the initial technical report containing the estimated cost , importance and service provided
-Submitting to the Secretary General
-Executing the approved procedures
-Preparing the final report containing the engineering study and calculating quantities;assuring the prohibition of the acquisition, removing obstacles,preparing the tender documents, including the road in the budget's clauses and writing to the Secretary General in this regard.
-Responding to the requesting party
-Introducing the tender duly in case of having allocations.
