The association is directed and controlled by the following bodies.

1.        The supreme council, chaired by the prime minister and comprising the defense minister, the association's managing director, joint chief of staff , director general of the police, director general of intelligence, director general of the civil defense, and three distinguished civilians specialized in economics and finance.

2.        The executive council chaired by the managing director of the association with the membership of the under secretaries of the ministries of : finance , trade & industry , social development, public works, and agriculture; five senior retired officers, deputy of  the governor of the central bank, and two distinguished civilian experts in economics, engineering, or finance .

The daily running of the association is vested in : the chairman of executive council and managing director, assisted by directors of: Admin, Agriculture, Industry, commerce, construction, security, field services, studies, and finance. The head office is in the capital city of Amman, with eleven regional offices in the centers of the governorates in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
